Fund units can be bought in several ways. The simplest way is to buy units in all branches of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. or Međimurska banka d.d., where the bank clerks will perform the transaction for you. If you do not wish to go to the Bank branches, you can submit all kinds of requests regarding investment funds via the service of PBZ365@NET Internet Banking for Citizens, or PBZ COM@NET Internet Banking for Companies, and mPBZ mobile banking. If you are not a client of Privredna banka Zagreb, you can buy units by paying from your bank and delivery of your data to PBZ Invest. It is necessary to deliver a scanned request for purchase of units to the e-mail address:  pbz.invest@pbz.hr or fax it to 00385 1 63 63 688. Along with the request, natural persons have to submit copies of the personal identity card or copies of the passport and the current account card, while the requests of legal entities have to be accompanied by copies of certificate of incorporation and personal identity card of the representative. The original request has to be sent by mail to the address: PBZ Invest d.o.o., Ilica 5, 10 000 Zagreb as soon as possible.

Payment model for natural persons and legal persons is 67, while the reference number is identification number (OIB) for natural persons and legal persons.  
PBZ Invest is obliged to calculate the unit purchase at the price matching the unit value determined on the date of the request receipt under the condition that the request was submitted by 16:00 on a working day (Exceptions: PBZ Dollar fond and PBZ Euro Novčani fond by 12:00 on a working day; PBZ I-Stock fond by 14:00 on a working day; PBZ Novčani fond by 22:00 on a working day). The request received after 16:00 on a working day (Exceptions: PBZ Dollar fond and PBZ Euro Novčani fond after 12:00 on a working day; PBZ I-Stock  fond after 14:00 on a working day; PBZ Novčani fond after 22:00 on a working day) will be considered received on the following working day and will be processed according to the values of the unit on that day. If the assets for the unit purchase have not been remitted to the fund account in full on the date of the request submittal, PBZ Invest will not process such request.
Conversion at the mid-exchange rate of PBZ in case of purchase of units of PBZ Dollar fond, PBZ Global fond, PBZ Equity fond and PBZ I-Stock fond in the branch is possible up to the amount of HRK 100,000.00, only for EUR and USD. When the value of USD or EUR is larger than HRK 100,000.00, the branch has to contact the PBZ Treasury in order to obtain a privileged exchange rate. Conversion at the mid-exchange rate of PBZ in case of purchase of units of PBZ Euro novčani fond and PBZ Bond fond in the branch is possible up to EUR 30.000, only for EUR. When the value of EUR is larger than EUR 30.000, the branch has to contact the PBZ Treasury in order to obtain a priviled exchange rate.
