History
PBZ Invest d.o.o. for establishment and management of investment funds is 100% owned by Privredna banka Zagreb d.d.

The Company was founded on 7 December 1998 with equity of HRK1m paid in full by Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. - founder of the company.
Recapitalization was done on 28 April 2004 in the amount of HRK4m paid from the retained earnings of previous periods. PBZ Invest d.o.o. manages seven investment funds: PBZ Novčani fond, PBZ Euro Novčani fond, PBZ Dollar fond, PBZ Bond fond, PBZ Global fond, PBZ Equity fond and PBZ I-Stock fond.
PBZ Novčani fond, founded in 1999, is one of the oldest investment funds in Croatia. Until 12 July 2007, PBZ Invest managed the cash fund by the name of PBZ Kunski Novčani fond, which was adjoined to PBZ  Novčani fond on the said date.

To all of its clients PBZ Invest offers the security of investment and professional management of the investor's assets, profitability - along with competitive market yield to the invested assets and liquidity - as a permanent and unconditional possibility of access to the assets invested into any of the investment funds under management.

Up to now, the investment funds of PBZ Invest have won several "Golden Share" awards:

  • PBZ Novčani fond - the best investment fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2002 - the award was received on 14 May 2003 at the event organized by Poslovni tjednik, HRT Poslovni klub and Kapital klub d.o.o. and co-organized by To One 
  • PBZ Novčani fond - the best cash investment fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2002 - the award was received on 14 May 2003 at the event organized by Poslovni tjednik, HRT Poslovni klub and Kapital klub d.o.o. and co-organized by To One   
  • PBZ Global fond - the best balanced fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2002 - the award was received on 14 May 2003 at the event organized by Poslovni tjednik, HRT Poslovni klub and Kapital klub d.o.o. and co-organized by To One   
  • PBZ Global fond - the best balanced investment fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2003 - the award was received on 20 May 2004 at the event organized by Dnevnik, HRT Poslovni klub and Kapital klub d.o.o.
  • PBZ Novčani fond - the best cash investment fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2003 - the award was received on 20 May 2004 at the event organized by Dnevnik, HRT Poslovni klub and Kapital klub d.o.o.

  • PBZ Equity fond - the best equity investment fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2006 - the award was received on 18 June 2007 at the event organized by Poslovni tjednik Lider, HRT Poslovni klub and the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
  • PBZ I-Stock fond - the best equity investment fund in the Republic of Croatia in 2009 - the award was received on 17 December 2010 at the event organized by Poslovni tjednik Lider
